Sébastien Astoux

A pillar of Équiterre’s development team since 2014, Sébastien brings more than 23 years of expertise in fundraising, both in-person and over the phone. A true “captain” of fundraising, he plays a key role as a trainer and mentor, passing on his passion and dedication to the teams he supports.

An expert in persuasive communication, Sébastien is the mastermind behind the strategic scripts used by Équiterre’s telephone fundraising agents. He also oversees the recruitment of new talent, ensuring that every voice carrying the organization’s mission is both committed and equipped for success.

Alongside his commitment to the ecological transition, Sébastien is a multidisciplinary artist (known by the pseudonym Seb Astwo, founder of Agora’rt and a speaker in schools as part of the “La culture à l'école” program). His graffiti practice, rooted in social and political current events, fuels his humanistic vision and his constant desire to mobilize the community for a more just future.
