Members' meeting - AGM of Équiterre 2026
The time has come to gather for a key moment in the democratic life of our organization: our Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026! For Équiterre's many members, employees, interns and volunteers, the annual general meeting is a place for exchange accessible to everyone, regardless of their location.
📍 5:30 pm: In person at the Maison du développement durable, 50 rue Sainte-Catherine W, Montreal, H2X 3V4
💻 6:30 p.m.: Official start of the AGM, in person and live online to allow everyone to participate.
This year, you will have the opportunity to :
- Discover our latest activity report
- Elect new members to the Board of Directors (6 positions up for election)
- Learn more about our planetary health initiatives
- Participate in enriching exchanges with the Équiterre team
For those joining us starting at 5:30 p.m. for a friendly get-together before the AGM (in-person only), you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Talk directly with the Équiterre team and other members
- Attend an inspiring discussion with our new honorary member
- Enjoy some “planet-friendly” snacks
And that's not all... Door prizes will be drawn among participants at the end of the event!

Chair of the Board of Directors
Isabelle Morin is a dynamic professional, working in the fields of human resources management and organizational transformation with a solid multidisciplinary background in business, and over 10 years' experience in consulting with medium-sized companies.
She has successfully completed various projects in the areas of change management, organizational design and transformation, and HR process improvement and project management in various industries such as financial services, manufacturing, services and quasi-public institutions.
She has been passionate about organizational change for over 20 years because it allows her to solve diverse problems and propose more effective ways of doing things. Her own experience as a manager gives her a practical understanding of the challenges faced by her clients.
She is recognized for her collaborative approach and her desire to adapt her actions to the client's context. Her business mindset and her overall vision set her apart.
Protecting the environment has always been near and dear to her heart and her personal involvement began in the 1990s with composting, support for organic farming, carpooling and public transportation. As a private citizen, she has served as Chair of the HR and Governance and Ethics Committees of the Centre de services scolaires Marguerite Bourgeoys since 2020.

Etienne Ladouceur is an Associate Partner, Pension Administration with Normandin Beaudry. He has over 20 years' experience in various leadership positions in project management, strategy, organizational change and operations. Etienne has contributed to various environmental causes over the years. He is extremely concerned about climate change and speaks out against inaction in all the various forums. He is the father of two adult daughters, a proponent of buying local, and a passionate skier and urban cyclist.

Executive Director
Daniel is an experienced and passionate advocate for social and environmental change. With more than 15 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, international agencies, and social enterprises, Daniel has developed numerous creative, inclusive, and human-centered solutions to address systemic and structural challenges.
Appointed Executive Director of Équiterre by the Board of Directors in December 2025, Daniel had first joined the organization in January 2025 as Deputy Executive Director as part of a structured leadership transition. He now leads Équiterre with a focus on strengthening its impact, agility, and relevance in an increasingly complex social and environmental context.
Before joining Équiterre, Daniel was Executive Director of SRC Initiative, an international NGO supporting communities in preventing plastic waste from entering the environment. He has worked internationally with the United Nations and Innovations for Poverty Action, and locally as Executive Director of The Depot Community Food Centre, and as a consultant for community organizations and social enterprises across Quebec.
Daniel holds an MBA with a focus on social entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and IESE Business School in Barcelona.
